Walking the Pavement: My New Solo Show "Street Scenes" at Leica Gallery New York

For over 25 years, the streets of New York have been my office, my playground, and my greatest teacher. I’ve spent countless hours pounding the pavement, waiting for that split second where light, shadow, and a human moment collide. That’s why I am incredibly proud to announce my latest solo exhibition, "Street Scenes," opening at the Leica Gallery New York in the Meatpacking District.

This show is a deeply personal one for me. It features a curated selection of work from my newest book, Street Scenes, alongside favorites from New York Street Diaries. While New York is the heartbeat of the collection—capturing everything from the grit of a 5th Avenue snowstorm to the quiet resilience of the morning commute—this exhibition also branches out. You’ll see moments I’ve chased in the neon-soaked alleys of Tokyo, the timeless corners of Paris, and beyond.

The Details

If you’re in the city, I’d love for you to stop by, see the prints in person, and say hello. There’s something about a physical print—especially the way the team at WhiteWall has produced these—that just can’t be replicated on a smartphone screen.
